A press conference was held today on the occasion of the presentation of the new players of Istra 1961, Tomislav Duvnjak and Bartol Barišić. The conference was also attended by the sports director, Mr. Bjelanović.
We present our two new players coming from Dinamo. Tomislav comes to our club with a three year contract, while Bartol stays on loan until the end of the season. The direction of bringing young players shows the direction in which we will move this season, and that is certainly the creation of a younger, more energetic and motivated team, said Mr. Bjelanovic at the conference.
I am extremely glad that I came to Istra. I am full of motivation and I would like to prove that I can play in the first league. Thanks to the sports director and the club for making this chance possible for me. I am here to show my best, said Tomislav.
I would like to thank Mr. Saša and all the people from Istra and Dinamo for making this one-year loan possible. I think that for me this will be a good step in further development. The trainings have started and I can’t wait for the matches, especially the first round with Hajduk, Bartol said at the conference.
