[:hr]Kao izraz dugogodišnje potrebe i manifestacije volje, a na načelima dragovoljnosti i poticanja prijateljskih odnosa između sportskih klubova, dana 18. ožujka 2016. godine zaključen je Ugovor o sportskoj i poslovnoj suradnji između  NK ISTRA 1961 š.d.d.  i  NK „ISTRA-PULA“, na određeno vrijeme u trajanju od dvije godine, s mogućnošću produženja.

Sam čin zaključenja Ugovora je i formalno-pravno uređenje dosadašnjih korektnih sportskih odnosa s ciljem bolje promidžbe kao i poticanja i unapređenja nogometnog sporta u Gradu Puli,Istarskoj županiji  kao i šire.

Uspostava uzajamno korisnog partnerstva ima konačni cilj osigurati optimalne uvjete rada i time koristi za djecu i mladež (omladinski pogon) koji su članovi i koji igraju u ova dva kluba, uključujući svekoliku podršku NK ISTRA 1961 radu NK „ISTRA-PULA“.

Unapređenje rada omladinskih pogona i jednoga i drugoga kluba najvažniji je cilj i svrha potpisanog Ugovora. U tom pravcu osnovati će se Povjerenstvo koje će činiti predstavnici oba kluba, a koje će koordinirati primjenu odredaba i duha samoga Ugovora.

Prvenstvena zadaća ovoga Povjerenstva će biti:

  • implementacija zajedničkog programa razvoja igrača,
  • implementacija testiranja svih igrača koristeći zajedničke kriterije testiranja,
  • suradnja pri razmjeni igrača, te
  • suradnja prilikom planiranja rasporeda treninga i zajedničkog korištenja stručnog osoblja (trenera) kada će to biti moguće i izvedivo.

Odredbama Ugovora uređeni su i ostali međusobni odnosi, kao što su:

  • korištenje odgovarajućih tehničkih usluga i pomoći,
  • oblici i vrste donacija i sponzorstva za omladinski pogon NK „ISTRA-PULA“,
  • razvoj igrača u slučajevima potpisa ugovora o profesionalnom igranju,
  • nadzor i kontrola korištenja materijalnih i financijskih resursa i sl.

[:us]As an expression of long term requirements and manifestation of will, and on the principles of voluntary and encouragement of friendly relations between sport clubs, on March 18th, 2016, the Agreement on sports and business cooperation was stipulated between NK ISTRA 1961 j.s.c. and FC “ISTRA-PULA” for a definite period of time of two years, with the possibility of extension.

The act of signing of the Agreement represents the formal and legal regulation of current correct sport relations with the intent of improved promotion and encouragement and development of football in City of Pula, County of Istria and even wider.

The establishment of mutually beneficial partnership has the ultimate goal to provide optimum working conditions and benefits for children and youth (youth school) who are members and who are playing in these two clubs, including overall support of NK ISTRA 1961 to activities of NK “ISTRA-PULA”.

Improvement of work of youth schools of both clubs is the most important goal and the purpose of this Agreement. For that purpose a Committee consisted out of representatives of both clubs shall be established and which Committee shall coordinate the implementation of provisions and spirit of the Agreement itself.

Primary mission of the Committee shall be:

  • implementation of a joint program of development of players,
  •  implementation of testing of all players using common testing criteria,
  •  cooperation with respect to exchange of players, and
  • cooperation in planning of the schedule of training and mutual use of professional staff (coaches) when possible and feasible.

The provisions of the Agreement also regulated other mutual relations, such as:

  • use of appropriate technical services and assistance,
  • forms and types of donations and sponsorships for the youth school of NK “ISTRA-PULA”,
  • development of players in case of signing the professional playing agreements,

• supervision and control of the use of material and financial resources and similar.[:]
