An online press conference was held today, ahead of the match of the 27th round HT 1st league, between NK Istra 1961 and NK Rijeka. The match is scheduled for this Sunday, June 7, starting at 6:55 p.m.
The press conference was attended by the head coach of Istra 1961 Ivan Prelec and player Slavko Blagojević.
- Rijeka is the favorite, but we are talking about a game in which we as a team cannot lose as much as we can win. That is what we are focusing on. We need to set ourselfs up and react on the field, take every opportunity that comes our way to do something good for us and surprise them. We believe that we will succeed in that – says coach Prelec.
- We are all ready and we can’t wait for everything to start. Too bad that we play without an audience, because it would certainly be nice, a good atmosphere would be created and it would be even better to play. – says Slavko Blagojević
