GNK Dinamo Zagreb 3-0 NK Istra 1961

]After a draw against Slaven Belupo at home at the opening of the season, it was time for an away match at Maksimir against champion Dinamo.
Coach Manolo Marquez had more players available this time, so he decided to send these starting 11 to the pitch: Čondrić; Franić, Rufati, Rodriguez, Grujević; Segado, Espinosa; Senzemba, Iglesias, Sane; Miljanić.
At the start of the game, in 2nd minute, Miljanić had a good chance for a goal, but Dinamo’s centre back managed to kick ball out in the last moment.
Istra looked decent on the field in the first 10 minutes of the match, and then Dinamo scored a goal that gave direction to the game.
Gavranović reacted well in the box after Hajradinović’s cross from a free kick and scored for 1-0 in 12th minute.
Gavranović got a new chance in 20th minute, but Čondrić made a good save, just like in 24th minute when Oršić made a shot from the edge of the box. A minute later Olmo was very close – ball went inches by the post.
In 40th and 44th minute Gavranović was a threat for Istra’s goal, but his shots were unaccurate.
Dinamo scored another goal in the first minute of the stoppage time. Gavranović and Leovac made few good one-two passes and Leovac scored for 2-0.
Dinamo has started second half better as well.
In 47th minute Gavranović got his second of the game – Hajrović crossed and Gavranović reacted well and scored with his backheel.
Dinamo had another 3 big chances in 57th, 64th and 70th minute but Istra managed to hold on.
In the next round Istra plays at Osijek in 3rd round of Prva HNL.
