A press conference was held today to present the new players of Istra 1961. The press conference was attended by sports director Dario Dabac and players Fabrice Ondoa, Hassane Bande and Dylan Levitt.
Today we present three new players, and at the same time the transition period is over. We tried as hard as we could, we think that we have strengthened with quality and that surely now the coach has a much wider bench than he had. Hassane Bande came to us on loan until the summer from Ajax with the option of extension and redemption. We are glad that he accepted to come to us, he accepted Istria as a chance to return even better to the football scene. Next, with us is goalkeeper Fabrice Ondoa with whom we got one good competition and stability in the goalkeeper position. He signed with us until summer. Also, with us is Dylan Levitt, a guy who comes from a big club and is a member of the Walles national team. We agreed with him very quickly, I saw that he wants to come here, he wants to impose himself and he wants to play, says sports director Dario Dabac.
I am very happy to be in the club and I am grateful to everyone for the warm welcome. I am motivated, I think this is a very high quality and young team, and I hope to help the team with my experience and further motivate them, says Fabrice Ondoa.
