A press conference was held today for the presentation of the new players of Istra 1961. The press conference was attended by the sports director Dario Dabac and the players Lovro Juric, Mario Lovre Vojković and Luka Hujber!
We had a conversation with a lot of players, but we opted for these three players. Lovro Juric came from Dinamo as a replacement for the reserve goalkeeper, who has great potential and will be a good competition to Majkić. Then Hujber, who came from Lokomotiva and I think we were lucky in the market. He is a young member of the national team and we are extremely happy that he is with us. There is also Mario Lovre who was last in Austria. I think we got one really good competition with him in the left winger position. We are trying to do the best for the club and for coach Budicin, because we have a team that is currently out of balance in terms of positions, so we are working on that. – says the sports director.

I did my first training yesterday and the guys accepted me great. I hope I will help the team to get the points, I will do my best to make it so! – says Mario Lovre.
One special feeling is playing at Drosina, which I had the opportunity in the last game with Varaždin. I want to thank the sports director, coach and team for the warm welcome, they accepted me very nicely. I am pleasantly surprised and I can say that I feel great in the team. – says Luka Hujber.
