A press conference and presentation of the new players was held today, at Aldo Drosina Stadium! The press conference was attended by sports director Dario Dabac and players Dino Halilović and Matej Vuk.
Matej had his first official appearance against Gorica last weekend, and the player who has the right to play this week is the new / former player Dino Halilović. We are extremely happy that we realized these two stories – Matej came on loan from Rijeka, and Dino signed a contract with us for two years. – points out the sports director.
It’s a great feeling to bo back with the green-yellows. I am extremely happy and proud to be in Istra again, I spent a wonderful season here and that is the main reason why I came back. I made a lot of friends there, I really enjoyed Pula, and I really enjoyed playing at Drosina. When the return option opened up, I didn’t think much of it. – says Dino.
It was a great feeling to play in the first game and I hope we will win this Saturday. The players accepted me great, we got along well and I am satisfied here. – says Matej.
