A press conference was held today at the Aldo Drosina Stadium ahead of the match with Gorica, which is scheduled for this Saturday, July 4, starting at 6:55 p.m. The press conference was attended by the head coach of Istra 1961 Ivan Prelec and player Antonio Ivančić.
Gorica, a team that is one of the most stable in the HNL and maintains a continuity of good results. I’m sure they come full of confidence and highly motivated. It is certain that a demanding match awaits us, but on the other hand – at Drosina we showed that we can play with everyone and that should be repeated tomorrow. From the first minute we will give our maximum, – says coach Prelec.
We’re always trying to get everything out on the positive and I believe we can get this season out. Gorica is one of the most undesirable opponents, but I believe we have great chances tomorrow. As long as there is a chance for 8th place we will do our best and try to change something. – says Antonio Ivančić.
