Three goalkeepers – Petar Nemet (2008), Ivan Vasiljević (2009) and Deni Marković (2010) have extended their scholarship contracts with the Football academy of NK Istra 1961.
Coordinator of goalkeepers, Goran Vujica, expressed his satisfaction with the signed players: Petar, Ivan and Deni are goalkeepers who have been marked as the potential and future of the club in their position. In addition to recognition by our club, the boys were also recognized by the Croatian Football Association, where they are constant participants in the selection process of national teams. All three players are characterized by focus and dedication to work, which we believe, will bring them the status of the 1st team goalkeepers of NK Istra 1961 in the long run.
