This Tuesday at Drosina, we held a commemoration for our suddenly lost friend and Pula football legend, Branko Bubić Buba. Branko Bubić truly breathed for this club and brought life to it with his enthusiasm and love for football. His contagious positive nature, cheerful spirit and willingness to help anyone at any time, shows he was truly a great man.
After a minute of silence at the commemoration, several speakers addressed Buba: the president of the club, Mr. Branko Devide Vincenti, the mayor – Mr. Filip Zoričić, the president of the HNS – Mr. Marijan Kustić, the prefect of the County of Istria – Mr. Boris Miletić, and his best friend and former teammate, Mr. Dario Ružić.
Branko Bubić gave half a century of his life to our club, investing in it and breathing for its development. Broken hearted, but with pride, we said farewell to the good spirit of our club, never forgotten, Branko Bubić Bubu.
Rest in peace our dear friend. You will never be forgotten. 🌹
