A press conference was held today ahead of the match of the 8th round of the SuperSport Croatian Football League with Lokomotiva, which is scheduled for Sunday, September 4, starting at 6:55 pm. The match was announced at the conference by head coach Gonzalo Garcia and player Prince Mumba.
It will be an extremely demanding match against a really exciting team that plays with a lot of intensity and has a good rhythm. I hope that we will be as competitive as in the last weeks on the field. We will have a similar approach to the Lokomotiva team as in previous matches, and I think it will be quite a fight. Our players are still adjusting, but we will try to dominate, keep the ball, also organize well and create more pressure, coach Garcia said at the conference.
This week was good, we prepared diligently. I think we are ready for a strong game on Sunday. Despite the fact that there is still a lot of room for improvement, I think we are working together now, and the illness of the last two weeks has encouraged us to be even more combative. It feels great when I can contribute to the team in a game, anything positive, and I’m really excited about that. Lokomotiva deserves a good position, but we are in a good situation too – the atmosphere in the dressing room is great, everyone is positive and acceptive of new players – I feel that we are like a family, said Prince.
